Puppy Application

If you and your family have made the decision to bring one of our poodles into your family, please fill out the application below. Once reviewed and accepted, you will receive a call from us to further discuss.  If we both decide this is a good fit, a $500 non-refundable deposit will be required to hold your puppy until pick-up. 

Gender Preference
Poodles require regular brushing along with professional grooming. The price varies depending on your location. Are you prepared for this commitment and cost that comes with owning these dogs?
